Heart Mind Talent is happy to lead the search for a fast-growing, B2B and B2C digital sports data/analytics business generating revenues from North America, specializing in the analysis of events in the largest US sports. The business is bolstered by an in-house social media marketing team that drives meaningful customer acquisition and audience engagement across both external and owned platforms. The team's mission is to empower fans to make smarter sports decisions through data-driven insights and AI-powered recommendations.

In 2024, the team successfully launched a B2C subscription service that has scaled rapidly and is experiencing strong revenue and audience (~$5M ARR, growing each month, and profitable). We are now seeking a visionary Managing Director to lead and scale our B2C subscription business to become the number one sports data and analytics business in North America.

Your Mission

As Managing Director, you will be responsible for the overall success of our B2C subscription business, owning the vision, strategy, execution, and financial performance. You will lead cross-functional teams, set the strategic direction, and ensure execution such that our subscription service delivers maximum value to both our B2C users and B2B partners while achieving top market positioning and strong financial performance that grows steadily.
