What you will do
- Own the day-to-day content strategy and execution for a US sports betting brand
- Define content pillars, tone of voice, and platform-specific approaches
- Ensure all content is on-brand, compliant, accurate, and high quality
- Build and manage a dynamic content calendar aligned to the US sports calendar
- Read daily performance signals and the "mood" of the audience to adjust content and betting angles in real time
- Balance reactive, trend-driven content with planned campaigns and evergreen formats
Platform & Performance Management
- Optimize content for platform algorithms across TikTok, X/Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels
- Track performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions) and use insights to iterate and improve
- Test new formats, hooks, posting strategies, and distribution tactics
Community & Partnerships
- Oversee daily community engagement to build trust and long-term loyalty

Ideal profile

- Editorial and content planning experience, with a strong eye for quality and consistency

- 1β5 years' experience in content, marketing, copywriting, or social media (internships included)
- Excellent copywriting and headline skills; understands how to hook, retain, and convert
- Comfortable working with creators, partners, and internal teams
