What you will do

  • Own the day-to-day content strategy and execution for a US sports betting brand
  • Define content pillars, tone of voice, and platform-specific approaches
  • Ensure all content is on-brand, compliant, accurate, and high quality
  • Build and manage a dynamic content calendar aligned to the US sports calendar
  • Read daily performance signals and the “mood” of the audience to adjust content and betting angles in real time
  • Balance reactive, trend-driven content with planned campaigns and evergreen formats

Platform & Performance Management

  • Optimize content for platform algorithms across TikTok, X/Twitter, Snapchat, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels
  • Track performance metrics (engagement, growth, conversions) and use insights to iterate and improve
  • Test new formats, hooks, posting strategies, and distribution tactics

Community & Partnerships

  • Oversee daily community engagement to build trust and long-term loyalty
  • Support partnership management with creators, sportsbooks, and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with brand captains, analysts, and leadership to align messaging and goals

Commercial Support

  • Select and manage promotion of relevant sportsbook offers
  • Work with compliance and performance goals to maximize conversion while maintaining audience trust

Ideal profile

  • Strong passion for sports and sports betting; deep knowledge of at least one major US league (NFL, NBA, MLB, or NHL)
  • Editorial and content planning experience, with a strong eye for quality and consistency
  • Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, or brand accounts
  • 1–5 years’ experience in content, marketing, copywriting, or social media (internships included)
  • Excellent copywriting and headline skills; understands how to hook, retain, and convert
  • Comfortable working with creators, partners, and internal teams
  • Highly proactive, competitive, and data-aware mindset
  • Flexible working hours aligned with US sports peak times

This is an office-based role in Central London.

Nice to have

  • Basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere) or design skills (Canva / Figma)
