About the Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated Tech Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across a range of innovative startups. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor to clients, and play a key role in building strong technical teams that scale.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from intake to offer and close.
- Proactively source and identify top technical talent using channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and social media.
- Screen and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
- Advise clients on hiring strategies, market trends, and candidate expectations.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve outcomes.
- Represent Heart Mind Talent and its clients professionally in all candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in tech recruiting or technical sourcing, ideally within startup or fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies (e.g., software engineering, data, AI, DevOps).
- Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
