At Heart Mind Talent we are supporting a fast-growing AI startup on the search for a Platform Product Manager to join their team. The company is building an AI-powered product helping millions of households manage and optimise their bills, combining agentic communication, GenAI data extraction, workflow orchestration, and recommendation systems.
This is not a traditional PM role, as you’ll be the first Product Manager for the Platform squad, owning the roadmap and direction of the systems that power the entire product: orchestration workflows, APIs, data models, and shared services used by multiple teams.
You’ll work closely with a small team of engineers and operate in the intersection between product and engineering, using modern AI tools to prototype, query data, and move ideas forward quickly.
- Run product planning and prioritisation for a small engineering squad (3–5 engineers)
- Prototype ideas and analyse data using AI-assisted tools and workflows
You might be an engineer who moved into product, or a technical PM who enjoys building and prototyping alongside engineers.
Strong technical foundation (engineering background, CS degree, or deep technical exposure).
Regular use of AI tools to prototype, analyse data, or automate workflows.
High ownership building the platform product function from the ground up.
Competitive salary + meaningful equity.
This is a London-based, hybrid working with offices near Farringdon.
