Requirements
- GDC registered Dental Nurse
- 1 year experience in paediatric nursing
- Experience in sedation
- Immediate Life Support (ILS) certification
Desirable
- Sedation qualification – ideally in inhalation sedation (training can be provided)
Heart Dental has an exciting opportunity for a dental nurse to join an expanding dental practice.
Responsibilities
- Assisting our paediatric specialist with treatments and assessments
- Providing calm, confident chairside support during inhalation sedation
- Monitoring and reassuring young patients throughout their visit
- Maintaining accurate, professional clinical notes
- Supporting general restorative clinicians with a wide range of treatments
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and clinical hygiene
- Managing digital records, decontamination processes, and patient communication
