Location: Near Sale (Greater Manchester)

Pay: £34K - £38k (Plus performance based bonus)

Full Time Days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible rota)

Heart Dental have an exciting position for a dental practice manager. As a Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Reporting directly to the owner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both patients and staff.

Your Role as a Practice Manager: In this key role, you will be responsible for:

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day practice management, ensuring efficiency, full compliance with industry regulations, and seamless operations.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead, manage, and inspire the team to achieve practice goals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Patient-centred Care: Champion a patient-first approach, ensuring that everyone who visits our practice receives the highest level of care and attention.
  • Recruitment & HR: Lead the recruitment process, from identifying top talent to onboarding and staff development.
  • Compliance & Safety: Uphold the highest standards of health and safety, cross-infection control, and patient confidentiality.
  • Technology Management: Oversee the use of dental software systems, including PRM and CRM, and ensure staff proficiency with tools like MS Excel and Word.
  • Interaction & Collaboration: Facilitate open and effective interactions within the practice and with senior management and suppliers.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.

  • Communication: active listener, empathetic, excellent verbal and written English, open and honest approach
