Heart Dental have an exciting position for a Dental Receptionist you will be the first person the patient sees upon entering the practice.
The main purpose of the job is to provide friendly and efficient front-of-house service to patients and visitors, book appointments and support the organisation.

Responsibilities and duties:
• Answering the phone in a polite and timely manner
• Booking and changing appointments both in-person and over the phone
• Ensuring patients are booked in upon arrival and the clinicians are made aware.
• Dealing with incoming enquiries from patients, in person, over the phone or via email.
• Sending communications to patients using their chosen method.
• General administration such as scanning or photocopying.
• Ensure patient records are kept up to date and stored securely.
Qualities
• Good, friendly telephone manner
• Knowledge of diaries and appointments systems.
• Work systematically and communicate to team members effectively.
• Ability to manage phone systems, email correspondence, and face-to-face queries
• Following instructions and processes under the guidance of your manager
• Good organisation and processing skills
