Heart Dental have an exciting position for a Dental Receptionist. You will be the first person the patient sees upon entering the practice. The main purpose of the job is to provide friendly and efficient front-of-house service to patients and visitors, book appointments and support the organisation.

Responsibilities and duties:
- Answering the phone in a polite and timely manner
- Booking and changing appointments both in-person and over the phone
- Ensuring patients are booked in upon arrival and the clinicians are made aware
- Dealing with incoming enquiries from patients, in person, over the phone or via email
- Sending communications to patients using their chosen method
- General administration such as scanning or photocopying
- Ensure patient records are kept up to date and stored securely
Qualities:

- Knowledge of diaries and appointments systems
