We’re looking for a warm, intuitive Bridal Stylist who eats, sleeps, and breathes bridal, and who’s as obsessed with personal style and connection as we are. You’ll play a key role in delivering unforgettable one-to-one appointments and supporting our brides through every step of their dress journey.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a small, dynamic team and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’ll need a mix of emotional intelligence, great taste, initiative, and a whole lot of heart.
What you’ll do:
- Lead one-to-one private bridal appointments in our east London studio
- Offer thoughtful, empowering styling advice and practical fitting support
- Communicate with clients over email/phone with professionalism and warmth
- Help manage day-to-day operations: appointment prep, studio tidiness, stock care, order tracking, and occasional admin
- Support the smooth running of the boutique — we’re a small team, so adaptability is essential
What we’re looking for:
- An intuitive, warm, and fashion-forward approach to empowering modern, individual brides — this is at the core of everything we do.
- Someone who genuinely loves bridal — whether through fashion, storytelling, or just a deep interest in what weddings mean to people.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal — and the confidence to build meaningful connections quickly.
- Proficiency on Mac and comfort with digital tools (email, scheduling, CRMs, etc.).
- Flexibility to cover holidays and absences from time to time.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in bridal or luxury fashion is a big plus, but we value empathy and personality over a perfect CV.
- A basic understanding of garment construction and fit (pinning/clamping)
- A background in styling, fashion retail, or customer-facing creative roles
- An eye for visual merchandising or content creation
