About The Role

As Project Executive, you will be an integral part of the Commercial Operations Project Management team. You will deliver projects profitably with exceptional client service, coordinating with agency and client teams to deliver results. You will take full ownership of print and digital delivery – ensuring all print and digital creative assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard by co-ordinating the relevant stakeholders in order to meet client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the Hearst Project Management business rules and principles
  • Able to juggle multiple projects/clients at the same time
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of high quality and profitable work to clients
  • Be the glue that brings the internal, agency/client teams together to deliver results
  • Ensure all administration and finance information is accurate and maintained to a high standard
  • Anticipate client’s needs staying two steps ahead of the next deliverable, milestone or project
  • See problems as opportunities
  • Work with Account Management to plan the best course of action and then execute with a customer-centric attitude
  • Have the ability to recommend solutions by looking at previous campaign performance to build new assets and content
  • Confidently adapt to briefs with tighter timelines with flexibility and a positive outlook by rising to the challenge
  • Production
    • Be accountable for the cost of all content production – working to a previously agreed budget vs. net value of a campaign
    • Maximise income from projects through good management and efficient delivery
    • Have an understanding of digital and standard specifications; awareness of third-party tracking and analytics tools and how the production process can impact these
    • Seamlessly move between projects while handling multiple competing deadlines
    • Conscientious of budget to hit monthly/quarterly and annual targets
    • Work closely with respective workflow directors and editorial members to ensure full visibility and transparency of all live work and upcoming deadlines
    • Brief out copywriters and subs teams for print and Content Studio for digital, ensuring a clear understanding of the work required to hit the client’s objectives and project schedules
    • Stay abreast of campaign performances, take onboard feedback for an all-around better client service
  • Campaign Management
    • Comprehensively handover all digital content in a complete format to Account Managers to the campaign management to commence
    • Seek out improvement feedback Post Campaign
    • Ensure all invoices are processed quickly and efficiently to be with Finance and Payroll on time each month, coding these correctly and ensuring rates are adhered to
    • Attend wash-up meetings at the end of a campaign’s cycle to establish what worked well, what didn’t work, how to improve for next time
