The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 ÂŁ per year.
Alongside the global programme, you will also manage delivery across other website and app builds and maintenance for our clients. The role requires excellent organisation, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate crossâfunctional teams across multiple markets.
You will work closely with engineers building modern web applications (often TypeScript), deploying cloudânative solutions (commonly AWS), and integrating modern CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Storyblok into scalable digital solutions. You do not need to be handsâon technical, but you should be confident planning delivery around modern engineering practices, releases, and quality standards.

What youâll do:
- Lead delivery of a global website rollout across multiple regions and languages, from discovery through build, content, translations/localisation, go live and BAU handover.
- Manage dayâtoâday delivery across a portfolio of EMEA website and app builds and maintenance for our clients.
- Own programme planning, dependency management, RAID and governance across workstreams and markets.
- Create and maintain delivery artefacts including the integrated project plan and clear RACI across teams and stakeholders.
- Run scope and change control so changes are documented, sized, agreed and reflected in timelines and commercials.
- Lead resourcing and capacity planning with discipline leads, proactively identifying conflicts and upcoming gaps.
- Manage budget and financial hygiene: track delivery against plan, forecast to completion, and flag margin risks early with mitigation options.
- Embed quality management into delivery plans, including acceptance criteria, QA, UAT and goâlive readiness.
- Maintain a single source of truth in delivery tools, ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, documentation and decision logging.
- Provide clear stakeholder communications and a weekly status snapshot covering progress, upcoming milestones, decisions and RAID.
- Work with channel and account teams to create cost estimates, project plans and Statements of Work.
- Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in ways of working across the programme and wider delivery portfolio.
- Support maintaining and growing client relationships, acting as a calm and reliable delivery partner.
- Be an ambassador of iCrossing UK and its values.
You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.
Complex website programmes:
- Multiâmarket and multiâlanguage, including build, content migration, translations/localisation, go live and ongoing maintenance.
- Strong project and programme management fundamentals, with confidence running plans, governance, RAID, dependencies and change control.
- Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment, delivering multiple workstreams with varied stakeholders.
- Comfortable partnering with engineers building modern web applications and CMSâled platforms, translating delivery needs between technical and nonâtechnical audiences.
- Confident managing resourcing and scheduling, and managing delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Strong experience with delivery governance artefacts and routines, including RACI, status reporting, decision logging and escalation management.
- Experience using delivery and planning tools such as Jira and MS Project (or similar).
Nice to haves:
- AEM experience, including CMSâdriven delivery, content workflows and componentâbased builds.
- Experience within the Adobe ecosystem (for example Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Launch, Adobe Data Platform).
- Exposure to AI agents and agentâdriven architectures, including LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
- Handsâon experience using Google Cloud services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, or BigQuery.
- A deep understanding of Digital, Creative, and Technology services.
