£37,000 - £42,000 - Salary is dependent on experience and will be assessed in line with the candidate’s skills, knowledge, and relevant expertise.
The Role… As the Product Strategy Executive, you will support the development and integration of new commercial products across Hearst Global Solutions, helping turn ideas into revenue driving opportunities. Working closely with the Product Strategy Lead, alongside Commercial, Paid Media, Product, Design and Engineering, Data and US stakeholders, you will play a hands on role in bringing new products to market. This is a growth focused position that blends strategy, analysis and delivery, giving you visibility across the full product lifecycle.
Main Duties…
- Support the development and launch of new commercial products across advertising, content, social and audio.
- Collaborate with internal teams and owned and operated markets to gather product feedback and identify market opportunities.
- Use performance data and insights to identify growth areas and support the creation of new product proposals.
- Assist in building business cases for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives and profitability targets.
- Support vendor onboarding processes, working with Legal and Finance to ensure agreements and compliance requirements are in place.
- Maintain accurate and up to date product documentation, sales materials and case studies to support commercial teams.
- Contribute to product testing, performance tracking and regular uptake reviews, sharing insights with key stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For…
- Experience in media, advertising, performance marketing, programmatic, data and insights, or commercial operations – data and insights experience is particularly relevant to the role.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable recommendations.
- Clear and confident communicator, comfortable working with cross functional teams and presenting insights.
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how products generate revenue and deliver value to clients.
- Highly organised and detail focused, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in digital publishing, product innovation and market trends.
- Collaborative team player who is motivated to learn and develop within a fast paced commercial environment.
