Hearst UK is hiring a Bookings Assistant to support the bookings team and the Fashion Director in the production and casting of editorial front-of-book fashion shoots across ELLE and Harper's Bazaar.
The role focuses on keeping shoots on schedule and within budget while coordinating crew, locations and models.
You will manage commissioning forms, call-sheets and act as the liaison between suppliers, talent agencies and internal teams.
