Alongside the global programme, you will also manage delivery across other website and app builds and maintenance for our clients. The role requires excellent organisation, confident stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams across multiple markets. You will work closely with engineers building modern web applications (often TypeScript), deploying cloud‑native solutions (commonly AWS), and integrating modern CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and/or Storyblok into scalable digital solutions. You do not need to be hands‑on technical, but you should be confident planning delivery around modern engineering practices, releases, and quality standards.

This is a full‑time role and requires 2 days per week in the office (Brighton/Cardiff/London). iCrossing offers a range of employee benefits including life assurance, a monthly wellbeing allowance, charity and study days, enhanced parental pay, and much more. Where we work iCrossing has a global presence, but this role is UK‑based. You must have the Right to Work in the UK as unfortunately we are currently unable to sponsor those who require a VISA.

Diversity & Belonging

We believe that diversity strengthens and enriches who we are, and it is important to us that our workplace is somewhere our people feel they belong and reflects every aspect of our diverse nation. Our ambition is for everyone to have an equal opportunity to succeed. Currently those from ethnic minority backgrounds are under‑represented at iCrossing and we are keen to broaden our socio‑economic diversity. We therefore encourage and welcome applications from Black, Asian, ethnic minority and lower socio‑economic backgrounds. All disabled applicants who meet the minimum requirements of the job as set out in the job description and person specification will be guaranteed an interview if requesting to be considered under this scheme. If there’s anything we can do to make our interview process or working environment more inclusive and to meet your particular needs, please let us know. We want to ensure our recruitment process is fair to all and attracts diverse and talented candidates. To help track our progress, we monitor the diversity of our candidates.

What you’ll do

  • Lead delivery of a global website rollout across multiple regions and languages, from discovery through build, content, translations/localisation, go live and BAU handover.
  • Manage day‑to‑day delivery across a portfolio of EMEA website and app builds and maintenance for our clients.
  • Own programme planning, dependency management, RAID and governance across workstreams and markets.
  • Create and maintain delivery artefacts including the integrated project plan and clear RACI across teams and stakeholders.
  • Run scope and change control so changes are documented, sized, agreed and reflected in timelines and commercials.
  • Lead resourcing and capacity planning with discipline leads, proactively identifying conflicts and upcoming gaps.
  • Manage budget and financial hygiene: track delivery against plan, forecast to completion, and flag margin risks early with mitigation options.
  • Embed quality management into delivery plans, including acceptance criteria, QA, UAT and go‑live readiness.
  • Maintain a single source of truth in delivery tools (and/or Jira), ensuring clear ownership, deadlines, documentation and decision logging.
  • Provide clear stakeholder communications and a weekly status snapshot covering progress, upcoming milestones, decisions and RAID.
  • Work with channel and account teams to create cost estimates, project plans and Statements of Work.
  • Drive efficiencies and continuous improvement in ways of working across the programme and wider delivery portfolio.
  • Support maintaining and growing client relationships, acting as a calm and reliable delivery partner.
  • Be an ambassador of iCrossing UK and its values.
  • You may be required to undertake such further duties as your skills, qualifications and experience allow and/or as may be assigned to you from time to time.

Complex website programmes

  • Strong project and programme management fundamentals, with confidence running plans, governance, RAID, dependencies and change control.
  • Experience working in a digital agency or consultancy environment, delivering multiple workstreams with varied stakeholders.
  • Comfortable partnering with engineers building modern web applications and CMS‑led platforms, translating delivery needs between technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Confident managing resourcing and scheduling, and managing delivery within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • Strong experience with delivery governance artefacts and routines, including RACI, status reporting, decision logging and escalation management.
  • Experience using delivery and planning tools such as Jira and MS Project (or similar).

Nice to haves

  • AEM experience, including CMS‑driven delivery, content workflows and component‑based builds.
  • Experience within the Adobe ecosystem (for example Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Launch, Adobe Data Platform).
  • Exposure to AI agents and agent‑driven architectures, including LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
