You will be client-facing and will involve workstreams covering four areas of D&A (Strategy, Implementation, BI, and Data Science), as well as mentoring and managing junior team members in collaboration with the Head of Digital Solutions to grow the department.
This is a full-time role requiring 2 days per week in the London office. You must have the Right to Work in the UK, as we are currently unable to sponsor visas.
- Identify strategic opportunities through analysis of client programmes
- Lead the development of holistic data strategies aligned with business and marketing goals, including data governance, integration, and actionable insights frameworks
- Communicate data requirements with client stakeholders and secure data assets, including offline sources
- Define measurement objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics
- Collaborate with client developers to deploy robust data layers
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for technical review, evaluation, and optimization; create technical documentation for clients
- Assess and improve data sources and collection methods
- Enhance analytics modeling, methodologies, and contribute to new ideas for modeling and visualization
- Develop prototypes and proof of concepts from research
- Represent iCrossing and its values as an ambassador
- Perform additional duties as required based on skills and experience
