Position: Account Executive – Digital Campaigns (French & Swiss Markets)
The Account Executive is responsible for managing the pre-sale, campaign execution, and reporting stages of digital advertising campaigns across Hearst\’s global digital portfolio, with a focus on the French and Swiss client territories. This role involves direct communication with sales teams and clients, negotiation, and relationship management with publishers worldwide.
Main Duties
- Ongoing: Support agency/client and internal sales teams; manage opportunity pipeline; maintain knowledge of local publishers’ offerings; proactively enable sales teams.
- Pre-Sale: Collaborate on campaign briefs; attend brainstorms; propose products and advise on costs; ensure client requests are met; coordinate with syndication and production teams; support sales meetings; escalate issues.
- Campaign Management: Deliver excellent client service; build relationships; manage campaign lifecycle; coordinate with stakeholders; report on campaign progress; support digital and social strategies; ensure internal and financial documentation.
- Post Campaign: Review campaign results; analyze and present insights; identify upsell opportunities.
