  • Plan and manage team resource, capacity and freelance support, creating detailed staffing plans and leading large on‑site teams, agencies and multiple stakeholders with strong health and safety oversight.
  • Act as senior project lead and client liaison for allocated events, collaborating closely with Editorial (including content curation and talent management), Sponsorship, Marketing, PR, the CEO Office and external partners (production, AV, PR, celebrity management) to deliver contracted sponsor objectives and exceptional audience experiences.
  • Issue comprehensive briefs to internal and external stakeholders, proactively manage relationships on site, and provide guidance and support to Event Executives and freelance event managers to ensure consistent high standards across the portfolio.

People Management

  • Line manage direct reports, providing clear direction, coaching and ongoing development support through regular 1‑2‑1s, performance reviews and career conversations.
  • Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture, constructively addressing challenges and partnering with the Event Director on resource planning and workflow management.

Event Development

  • Support the development and commercial growth of new and existing events, partnering with Sponsorship and Sales teams on pitches, proposals and costings to deliver profitable, compelling experiential activations.
  • Proactively identify new revenue opportunities, contribute to improved processes and ensure all events deliver outstanding audience experiences with measurable results.

Supplier Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers (venues, caterers, production companies and creative partners), leading contract negotiations, securing preferential rates and developing long‑term and contra partnerships to enhance event delivery and commercial return.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong line management experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
