We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across a diverse portfolio of brands. The ideal candidate will bring a full suite of marketing capabilities—spanning campaign strategy, creative development, performance insight, and partnership management.
This role demands a strong understanding of cross-channel planning and a focus on maximising owned media while building and maintaining key external relationships. You will manage and deliver the marketing campaigns and output across the portfolio of brands, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Work with the content team to deliver brand guidelines across all products, maintaining the guidelines and ensuring their use across the teams.
Main Duties…
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the planning and delivery of integrated, multi-channel campaigns across brand portfolios, ensuring alignment with business objectives and creative excellence.
- Maximise campaign performance by leveraging owned, earned, and paid media channels to drive engagement, acquisition, and retention.
Creative Briefing & Stakeholder Management
- Drive an effective and collaborative creative briefing process, ensuring clarity of campaign objectives, creative direction, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage stakeholder feedback and approvals efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and work remains on-brand and strategically sound.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with acquisition and retention teams to align campaign efforts with audience growth goals, supporting full-funnel strategies.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and insight teams to measure campaign performance, share learnings, and continuously refine strategies for future campaigns.
Marketing Operations & Workflow Management
- Coordinate campaign timelines and workflow across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Content Management & Delivery
- Ensure brand content is delivered consistently across all channels, in line with campaign plans and creative direction.
External & Partnership Management
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party agencies, media partners, and collaborators to extend the impact of brand campaigns.
- Manage partnership marketing opportunities, co-branded initiatives, and joint promotions.
- Team Culture & Brand Ambassador
- Promote a collaborative, commercial, curious, and customer-first culture within the marketing team and across departments.
- Champion Hearst UK’s brand values and contribute positively to the wider company culture.

- Track record in building revenues in partnerships, changing the- way we do business. We are moving to a world where we have direct client annual deals- – and we have contracts with clients directly for annual activity.
- Experience in the media industry, with a deep understanding of media landscape, trends, and best practices.
- Possess vertical expertise relevant to the Top 100 clients they are responsible for. Demonstrated knowledge of specific industries, market challenges, and opportunities.
- Comprehensive understanding of various media channels and their integration to develop effective cross-media strategies.
- Proven ability to manage and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes.
- Strong track record in effectively managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering value-added solutions.
- Skilled in developing compelling commercial narratives and strategies that align with clients\’ objectives and drive business growth.
- Proficient in working with data and insights to inform decision-making and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Ability to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness, optimizing processes and workflows for maximum productivity and results.
- Excellent negotiation skills, capable of achieving mutually beneficial outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong conflict resolution skills to address and resolve challenges or conflicts that may arise during client engagements.
- Highly adaptable to changing market conditions, client needs, and organizational priorities, able to pivot and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Proactively expanding personal networks within the industry, building relationships and connections that contribute to professional growth and opportunities.
- Profound understanding of target audiences and the ability to develop strategies that engage and resonate with them effectively.
- Proficient in using key industry platforms such as PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, TGI, Ad Intel, Ipsos IrisI, and other relevant tools to analyse data, create presentations, and drive strategic insights.
