The role supports the delivery of a multi-platform social strategy that drives traffic, grows audiences, increases engagement and supports commercial objectives.
Main Duties
- Support the creation, publishing and optimisation of social content across Women’s Health, Men’s Health and Runner’s World, identifying key trends and reactive opportunities to maximise reach and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with brand teams across print, digital and video to plan and execute social strategies around key editorial moments, including podcast episodes, cover launches and campaigns.
- Create engaging, social-first short-form video within existing franchises and maximise opportunities for original content.
- Monitor daily performance and use analytics tools to inform content decisions and improve results. Deliver content that drives revenue through Meta monetisation and achieving traffic targets.
- Work closely with E-Commerce and Content Partnerships teams to maximise the reach and performance of affiliate and monetisable content.
- Stay on top of platform trends, tools and best practices to ensure content remains innovative and competitive.
- Ensure all social output aligns with brand tone, editorial standards and audience expectations.
- Support membership growth through targeted social campaigns, including events and lead generation initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing and publishing content across major social platforms (including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and others).
- A results-driven approach, with experience delivering content that supports Meta monetisation and achieves traffic KPIs.
- Strong understanding of social-first storytelling, particularly in video formats.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to write engaging, accurate and on-brand social captions.
- Strong analytical mindset, with confidence using insights and reporting tools to inform decisions.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach and a strong eye for trends.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt tone of voice accordingly.
- Collaborative and organised, with experience working cross-functionally with editorial and commercial teams.
