As the Customer Marketing Manager – with a focus on our Health & Wellness and Luxury portfolios, you will lead the delivery of engaging, multi-channel campaigns that grow audiences, generate leads and strengthen brand connection across iconic titles including Men’s Health, Women’s Health, Runner’s World and Esquire. You’ll sit within a collaborative Customer Marketing & Planning team, working closely with editorial, creative and insight specialists to bring campaigns to life. Bridging strategy and execution, you’ll turn marketing plans into standout activity that drives measurable impact. This is a role for someone who enjoys both creative thinking and performance-driven marketing, with a clear focus on growing reach and engagement.
Main Duties
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive audience growth, lead generation and customer engagement across health, wellness and luxury brands.
- Develop campaign ideas and briefs that translate marketing plans into compelling, customer-focused activity.
- Create and optimise campaigns designed to grow the customer database through sign-ups, subscriptions and other acquisition routes.
- Work across channels including email, social media, paid advertising and on-site placements to ensure campaigns are effectively executed.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets that reflect each brand’s identity and drive action.
- Monitor campaign performance, using data and insights to improve results and inform future activity.
- Work closely with internal teams (including editorial, insight and commercial) to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivered smoothly.
What We Are Looking For
- Demonstrated experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g. email, paid social, on-site), with clear examples of results achieved.
- Strong understanding of lead generation and audience growth, including experience improving sign-ups, subscriptions or acquisition performance.
- Ability to analyse campaign performance data and use insights to optimise activity and improve outcomes.
- Confident managing multiple campaigns or projects simultaneously, with strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. creative, editorial, insight), with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
- Commercially aware and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- (Desirable) Experience in media, lifestyle or subscription-based businesses, and familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
