Role Overview
The Customer Product & Promotions Manager supports new business development and revenue growth for Hearst UK’s Beauty Box division.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with the Head of Product & Promotions to develop strategies and set targets for multiple brands.
- Ensuring timely, budget-compliant delivery of Beauty Boxes that meet value proposition goals.
- Exploring new design, packaging, and finishing options through supplier and competitor research.
- Working closely with Editorial and Commercial teams to maximize product value and commercial potential.
- Identifying new opportunities and managing projects related to editorial initiatives.
- Coordinating logistics, invoicing, and administration with the Customer Operations team.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, including partnerships.
- Managing multiple projects with attention to detail and tight deadlines.
- Representing Hearst UK’s values and corporate culture.

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
