We’re looking for an experienced and audience-focused Senior Short Form Manager to join us on a maternity cover basis.

You will step into a high-impact role, providing strategic direction across three distinctive brands and ensuring social activity continues to support wider brand, marketing and commercial objectives.

This role combines leadership with hands‑on delivery.

You will lead campaign planning, oversee content from brief to publication, manage competing priorities and use performance insight to strengthen activity and identify opportunities to grow audiences and engagement.

Working closely with Marketing, Creative, PR, Programming, Editorial and Compliance, you will build trusted relationships and provide clear, confident recommendations.

You will also lead and support the Video Editor, guiding them to deliver high‑quality content and bring our brands to life across a fast‑moving digital landscape.

(4 days). This role will be hybrid based, working in the London office Tuesday‑Thursday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver social and short‑form strategies across the three brands.
  • Lead social planning for programme launches, campaigns and key business priorities.
  • Manage campaign timelines, content plans, publishing schedules and competing deadlines.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Video Editor through regular feedback, clear priorities and ongoing development opportunities.
  • Brief, prioritise and oversee the production of short‑form video and social assets, ensuring output supports campaign objectives and brand standards.
  • Review and approve copy, creative and video content before publication, ensuring quality, consistency and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with Marketing, Creative, PR, Programming, Editorial and Compliance.
  • Represent social in cross‑functional meetings and provide clear strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee content publishing across social and video platforms, ensuring activity is audience‑focused, on‑brand and optimised for each platform.
  • Monitor campaign and channel performance, using insight to improve future activity.
  • Identify opportunities to grow audiences, improve engagement and maximise revenue through data‑led insight, platform innovation and new content opportunities.
  • Manage resource planning, workflows, purchase orders and operational requirements where needed.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues and keep multiple projects moving in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Experience using performance data and audience insight to inform decisions.
