Als Language Operations Supervisor bist du zuständig für den Lokalisierungsprozess unserer Produkte und übernimmst sämtliche operativen Aufgaben in diesem Bereich. Außerdem fungierst du als zentrale Ansprechperson für alle internen und externen Anfragen. In dieser Position arbeitest du eng mit dem deutschen und den britischen Teams zusammen und berichtest an die Programming‑ und Language‑Operations‑Leads in München und London. Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung fĂĽr den gesamten deutschen Lokalisierungsprozess – von Auftragsvergabe ĂĽber Materialbereitstellung, Zeit‑ und Workflow‑Koordination bis zur fristgerechten Fertigstellung und Steuerung aller Post‑Localization‑Aktivitäten.
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson fĂĽr interne Teams in Deutschland und UK sowie fĂĽr externe Dienstleister und Partner.
  • Koordination mit Synchronstudios hinsichtlich Aufträgen, Zeitplänen, Materiallieferungen, Abnahmen, Ă„nderungen und operativen Anforderungen; Planung und DurchfĂĽhrung regelmäßiger KPI‑Meetings.
  • Gewährleistung der rechtzeitigen Anforderung von Originalmaterial und Lieferung des finalen Produkts.
  • Verantwortung fĂĽr deutsche Titelerstellung und redaktionelle Abnahme zentraler Programmhighlights.
  • Ăśberwachung von Timelines, Lieferstatus, KPIs, Qualität und Gesamtperformance zur Einhaltung aller Lokalisierungs‑ und Broadcast‑Standards.
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung relevanter Dokumentationen, Datenbanken und Archive.
  • DurchfĂĽhrung administrativer und finanzieller Prozesse (z. B. RechnungsprĂĽfung, Budgetmonitoring, Meetings mit Finance).
  • Aufbau und Pflege enger Dienstleisterbeziehungen im DACH‑Raum inklusive Marktbeobachtung und Testing (z. B. Grafiken, Accessibility, Untertitel, KI‑Tools).
  • UnterstĂĽtzung bei Sonderprojekten und zusätzlicher Lokalisierungsbedarfe (z. B. PR‑Screener, Programmkoordination, Content‑Anpassungen).
