The Global Campaign Manager oversees international commercial campaigns across Hearst brands including ELLE, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan and Esquire. Working closely with global clients, agencies and cross‑functional internal teams, the role manages all post‑sale delivery, distributes multi‑market campaigns and ensures flawless execution across content, video, social and display. Focused on exceeding client goals and strengthening cross‑market relationships, the Global Syndication Manager also serves as the central campaign point of contact for our network of 40+ international publishing partners around the world.
Main Duties
- Advise Sales, Account Managers/Directors and Marketing on global feasibility, timelines and technical requirements during pre‑sales.
- Coordinate with local project managers and content studios to build assets and prepare content for multi‑market distribution.
- Own the client relationship post‑sale, ensuring exceptional service, retention and repeat business.
- Build long‑term relationships with agencies and clients through consistent communication and meetings.
- Manage the full campaign lifecycle using Syndication Management best practices.
- Create and oversee campaign timelines with local digital stakeholders.
- Ensure fast, accurate distribution of content to all markets to hit launch dates and KPIs.
- Troubleshoot delivery or setup issues to support local markets.
- Keep clients updated on campaign setup and syndication progress.
- Partner with Account Managers and Paid Media teams to ensure social assets are correctly produced and activated.
- Produce screenshot documents to verify campaign live status across all markets.
- Lead internal wrap‑up sessions to review performance, optimise processes and highlight learnings.
