Hearst UK is seeking a Bookings Assistant to support the bookings team and the Fashion Director in producing and casting editorial front of book fashion, jewellery and beauty shoots across ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar, ensuring shoots run smoothly and on budget.
Based in London with hybrid working, you will manage crew, locations and models, handle commissioning forms, call-sheets, invoices, budgets, and forecasts while collaborating across brands to deliver creative and timely shoots.
