Type of Work
As a coach driver, you will be providing private coach hire services to clients in education, business, travel, tourism, sports, media and government. From home-to-school contract services through to high profile VIP work, we do it all!
Your Pay
Every day you work, you are guaranteed a minimum of 9 hours pay even if your day is shorter!
Our hourly rates start at £15 per hour for weekdays and £17 per hour for weekend work.
+ Enhanced pay for bank holidays
+ Enhanced pay for any hours worked after 21:00
A full time driver with us has OTE of between £35,000 and £50,000 per year!
Your work schedule
We operate fixed working day rotas meaning you will know exactly which days you are working and which days you are resting.
There are various rotas available to suit your availability / preferences. All of which have guaranteed hours and there are plenty of opportunities to work extra days (subject to legal rest requirements).
Your Vehicles
We have a large fleet of modern and luxurious mini, midi and full size coaches in our fleet. All vehicles are maintained to an incredibly high standard by our in-house engineering and maintenance team. The vehicles are all equipped with state-of-the-art technology to improve your driving life.
We support you on the road
We don\'t believe in leaving you \"high and dry\" when out on the road. That is why we have invested in providing a 24/7 service delivery team who are in the office and ready to support our driving team with any booking-related issues.
What else do Hearn\'s provide?
As a full time driver, you will be provided with the following when starting:
Full company induction training on joining (plus ongoing training)
Full Company uniform
FREE ongoing CPC training
FREE membership to the Transport Benevolent Fund
Additional Holiday days for length of service
