We are recruiting for a Sales Progression Manager who has at least 2 years of Estate Agency experience, with Freehold and Leasehold knowledge, and who is looking for a career.
Candidates must be able to problem solve and have excellent communication skills. The role mostly consists of liaising with buyers, sellers and solicitors to ensure a smooth, timely and successful exchange and completion.
We set ourselves apart in this role by spending a vast amount of time on the phone, efficiently problem solving to progress our matters, rather than simply collating updates.
We are a close team of 9 and are sociable, friendly and professional, with a mix of ages and a combined experience of 75 years in the industry. We thrive on making the work place a fun environment, yet all work hard to provide the highest customer service levels and maintain our market leading position in Bournemouth.
The role is available immediately. OTE £45,000, with over performance bonuses and a salary review after 3 months. Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30 - 5.30pm.
