Heard is the smash burger concept from 2 Michelin-starred chef Jordan Bailey, serving bold flavours, exceptional produce, and fast-paced hospitality with real standards. After a year touring the UK’s biggest events, our first site opened in Borough in February 2025 — and now we’re building a sharp, energetic floor team.

We’re looking for waiters who bring pace, warmth, and pride to every guest interaction.

The Role

As a Waiter at Heard, you deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service every shift. You’ll own your section, know the menu inside-out, and support your team when it gets busy — all while keeping standards tight and energy high.

In Your First Year, You’ll…

  • Hit speed and service targets across dine-in and takeaway
  • Nail full menu knowledge (including allergens) within one week
  • Keep your section clean, calm, and moving smoothly
  • Support the team during peak times — running food, clearing, and resetting
  • Follow all floor systems: POS, cash handling, guest checks, and cleaning
  • Help train new starters by leading through example
