The Senior Creative Producer will take the lead on all larger events within the agency, ensuring multiple activations run smoothly and the internal team are equipped, motivated and inspired to deliver an astounding experience to our clients. They will take responsibility for both liaising with the client and the delivery of quality experiential work that meets their bespoke needs, going above and beyond to create highly memorable and atmospheric experiences.
Success in this role comes from effective management of the junior team, and the ability to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency. Naturally, this role also requires both a creative and commercial mindset when balancing budgets while bringing briefs to life.
You’ll be working closely with the Creative and Production team and will work across a range of projects for a huge selection of brands, helping to develop graphic and visual concepts for a wide range of uses including print, packaging, large format event graphics and window schemes. You’ll be expected to drive projects forward and deliver work to a high standard and within short deadlines, combining a passion for ideas with an uncompromising eye for detail and craft.

WHO YOU’LL BE WORKING WITH:
- Internal: You will lead and manage junior staff within the team, including Junior Producers, Production Assistants, and Runners. You will be responsible for their development, ensuring they are supported, trained, and effectively contributing to projects.
- External: You will work closely with senior-level clients, directors, and brand teams, managing relationships and ensuring smooth communication. You will also oversee key suppliers, including set builders, lighting and AV teams, stylists, venues, and specialist consultants, ensuring seamless execution.
- Line Manager: Reporting to the Production Director and Director, you will provide updates on project successes, developments, and any challenges, contributing to the agency’s long-term growth.

- Invoicing & Reconciliation: Oversee invoicing and payment processes, ensuring everything is squared away on time.
- Work with Finance: Team up with finance to keep everything transparent and on track.
- Client Interaction: Be the go-to contact for senior clients, making sure they’re always in the loop and happy with how things are going.
- Onboarding: Help new clients get settled in, making sure they feel confident and clear on what’s to come.
- Post-Event Insights: Collect feedback after events to find ways to improve and grow.
- Keep Projects on Schedule: Approve timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure things stay on track.
- Risk Management: Use your experience to proactively identify and manage risks before they turn into problems.
- Event Lead: Take charge of delivering live events, making sure everything runs smoothly, no matter where the event is.
- Be Flexible: Be prepared for weekend and evening work when needed – no day is ever the same!
- Create Winning Pitches: Prepare creative proposals and pitches that will wow potential clients, including physical samples like paper, fabrics, and F&B.
- Client Roadmaps: Develop long-term plans for clients to ensure projects align with their bigger goals.
- Upsell & Grow Accounts: Look for opportunities to expand client relationships and bring in more business.
- Proactively Seek New Business: Stay on the lookout for potential new clients and industries where we can grow.

- Freelancer Management: Bring in freelance talent when needed, making sure they’re the right fit for the job.
- Manage Contracts & Payments: Handle freelancer contracts and payments, ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Mentor the Team: Lead, guide, and support junior team members, helping them grow and develop their skills.
- Ensure Balance: Keep an eye on workloads to make sure everyone has the right mix of projects to grow their skills.
- Training: Provide regular coaching on project management, budgeting, and industry best practices.
- Performance Reviews: Lead performance reviews and help junior staff with career progression.
- Smooth Office Operations: Help keep the office and production storage organised and running smoothly.
- Travel & Flexibility: Be ready to travel to Wandsworth and event locations when required, and work flexible hours as needed.

SALARY & TIME COMMITMENT:
This role is predominantly office based (we imagine at least 2-3 days of your time would be in the office) and we are ideally looking for someone to work full time.

WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE BEFORE:
To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates with 5-6 years minimum experience working within an event or experiential agency. We are looking for experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events, knowledge of the whole creative process and the ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts. You will have proven capability to input into projects budgets; up to £500,000.

- Flexi Working Times – The team can work their 7.5 hours with a start and finish that suits them. This is completely up to the teammate to decide on their own accord, but of course altered working hours must not disrupt the wider team or the paying client.
- Meeting Free Fridays – This is to give the team time to wrap up their work as well as a good amount of time, uninterrupted, to get stuck into deep work.
- Training – We are proud to offer training to all teammates including group training days with varying themes and topics, as well as offering teammates further training to upskill for the maximum value of £500 per year.
- Duvet Days – Our team have 2 duvet days per year. A duvet day can be taken whenever a teammate needs a day off at random and they haven’t already requested annual leave.
- Volunteering Day – We offer teammates up to 2 days per year of volunteering on company time – which is up to the teammate to use how they wish.
- Holiday – We offer 28 days annual leave per year. With 3 days of this holiday entitlement to cover the period of the Company shutdown between Christmas and New Year. After a teammate has completed two years working at Heaps + Stacks, they are entitled to 1 day extra holiday per year for each additional year of service, capped at a maximum of 33 days holiday per year (excluding Bank Holiday and National Holidays).
- After three years of service with Heaps + Stacks, team members are entitled to a one off, £1000 bonus.
- After five years of service with Heaps + Stacks, we offer team members the opportunity to take a one month fully paid sabbatical.
- Mobile Phone Allowance – Each month we will pay £20 towards the team members mobile phone bill.
- Maternity / Paternity – We will pay enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption pay if the team member meets the relevant criteria.
- Expensed Gallery Trips – We offer each team member £25.00 to expense for a visit to a gallery or exhibition every month.

- Work Abroad – Up to one week per year to work aboard, as long as it doesn’t cause stress to the team!
