As a hungry Marketing Executive, you will help us deliver fame for the agency to drive engagement and new leads to help us to hit our big business ambitions! In this role, you'll help deliver our marketing and content creation assets, including maintaining and refreshing the agency's online channels, updating credentials, and developing creative approaches & assets.
We're seeking someone who can add creative flair to an existing plan while capturing the playful personality of the agency to create engaging and fun content and outreach to lure new clients in our target sectors and create talkability around what we do. In addition, you will be supporting the launches of our new products and services through multi-channel campaigns, PR, speaker activations and more. As well as being a key player in running our exclusive members club - creating a clear plan of content and events to nurture our warm leads and friends of the agency.
Working closely with New Business, and into the Marketing Director there is plenty of scope, opportunity and growth for the right candidate. We're looking for an energetic fast learner who strives to make the best work possible whilst challenging us with ideas and new approaches.

WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH
Internal: Dayâtoâday, you'll report to the Marketing Director and Senior New Business Manager, who will be responsible for establishing the longâterm goals and strategy for the marketing function as well as assisting with delivering the plan. They'll be on standby to support you with training, onboarding, establishing your KPIs and targetsâand, more importantly, be a buddy for any support or guidance you may need. Alongside the team, you'll also have the opportunity to work closely with our fabulous Founder (Kez) who's deeply involved with the Marketing/New Business function and will share their tips, tricks, and knowledge as well as Liam our Head of Studio who will support you on all things design and creative.
External: The role will also offer plenty of opportunities to connect with our fantastic clients and potential prospects via briefing calls, inâperson meetings, pitches, events, and more.
WHAT'S EXPECTED
Your duties will include but not be limited to the below:
MARKETING & INDUSTRY VISIBILITY
- Running the day to day creation of all brand assets from case studies to credentials.
- Maintaining and managing our online presence and social channels, writing playful on-brand copy.
- Supporting on STACKD â our networking club for clients as part of our keep in touch strategy.
- Contribute creative ideas for approaches and compelling content that spreads the reputation of Heaps + Stacks.
- Seek out networking events we can attend as a team, and sometimes speak at.
- Look for podcasts we can guest speak on.
- Keep an eye on industry news such as new brand activations, NPD, hires, etc., to open up conversation opportunities.
- Assist in the delivery of webinars, including preâ and postâcommunications, and help decide on topics.
- Support client new business events or promotional events.
- PR support for selling in big agency wins and creative campaigns.
- Drafting awards applications to help us gain industry credibility.
- Ensure all credentials, services and work are showcased correctly and reactively on our social channels and website.
- Manage the reputation of the agency through high quality, targeted marketing communications, wellâwritten insightful written and video content.
- Ensure our brand (visual, verbal, written) is consistently represented at the highest standards in everything we do.
- Have inâdepth knowledge of Heaps + Stacks offers and product.
- Ensure excellence, enthusiasm and efficiency across everything you do.
- Support in writing materials from newsletters, thought leadership to awards.
ADMINISTRATION
- Managing the marketing calendar and trackers are updated regularly.
- Ensuring the metric trackers/KPIs are kept up to date and meeting notes and actions are accurately captured and monitored.
- Research new platforms or services we can use to help automate our marketing operations.
- Reporting to the wider business on marketing updates and successes.
- Work with managers to develop longâterm strategic initiatives.
- Maintain a tidy, clean office environment and support with marketing contributions and financial administration as required.
SALARY & TIME COMMITMENT
This role is predominantly office based (we imagine at least 2/3rds of your time would be in the office) and we are ideally looking for someone to work full time. Please note we review salary regularly to make sure the team move in line with the business as well as their individual efforts!

WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE BEFORE
To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates with a relevant degree in creative/marketing/PR and work experience within the marketing /PR industry.

- Collaboration â As pretty much all of our projects include site visits, handling of physical items, deliveries and face to face brainstorms, we recommend 2â3 days in the office per week for collaboration, to get the best results. Tuesdays are days we ask people to come in, and we've realised that 2â3 days per week in the office is the average that people come in and that works well.
- Flexi Working Times â The team can work their 7.5 hours with a start and finish that suits them. This is completely up to the teammate to decide on their own accord, but of course altered working hours must not disrupt the wider team or the paying client.
- Meeting Free Fridays â This is to give the team time to wrap up their work as well as a good amount of time, uninterrupted, to get stuck into deep work.
- Training â We are proud to offer training to all teammates including group training days with varying themes and topics, as well as offering teammates further training to upskill for the maximum value of ÂŁ500 per year.
- Duvet Days â Our team have 2 duvet days per year. A duvet day can be taken whenever a teammate needs a day off at random and they haven't already requested annual leave. Maybe they have just woken up and feel like they need to be alone or they are super tired and just want to curl up on the sofa. These days are for the team member.
- Volunteering Day â We offer teammates up to 2 days per year of volunteering on company time â which is up to the teammate to use how they wish.
- Holiday â We offer 28 days annual leave per year. With 3 days of this holiday entitlement to cover the period of the Company shutdown between Christmas and New Year. After a teammate has completed two years working at Heaps + Stacks, they are entitled to 1 day extra holiday per year for each additional year of service, capped at a maximum of 33 days holiday per year (excluding Bank Holiday and National Holidays).
- After three years of service with Heaps + Stacks, team members are entitled to a one off, ÂŁ1000 bonus.
- After five years of service with Heaps + Stacks, we offer team members the opportunity to take a one month fully paid sabbatical.
- Mobile Phone Allowance â Each month we will pay ÂŁ20 towards the team members mobile phone bill. There's nothing that they need to do; this will be added into their pay each month.
- Maternity / Paternity â We will pay enhanced maternity/paternity/adoption pay if the team member meets the relevant criteria.
- Expensed Gallery Trips â We offer each team member ÂŁ25.00 to expense for a visit to a gallery or exhibition every month.
- Good Egg â At the end of the month the team votes who has gone above and beyond that month, and whoever receives the most votes is rewarded with a Selfridges voucher.
- Work Abroad â Up to one week per year to work aboard, as long as it doesn't cause stress to the team! (Full T&Cs to be confirmed if successful).
- You Move, We move â We want our team to feel settled. So, if they are moving house, they can book one van per year on us! (Full T&Cs to be confirmed if successful).
- Quarterly Celebration â Every quarter, we will be celebrating our successes together as a team. This might be a team trip to the pub, or an arty or active activity! We have an inâhouse social committee that is dedicated to ensuring something fun and magical is planned for us all!
- Bonus & Profit Share â We also offer a range of bonuses to employees including introduction, business performance and new business bonus. Full T&Cs will be given to all successful candidates.
- H + S Library â Buy a book on the gold card (this can be audio or hard copy) for the value of up to ÂŁ20. If it's a hard copy, please bring it into the office once finished. We suggest buying 2nd hand (to save the world!). If it's audio, don't sign up for a subscription!
