The Junior Creative Producer role focuses on the delivery of events, parties, stunts, launches and brand activations for high-profile fashion, beauty and lifestyle clients. This role will involve planning and producing a variety of projects end to end, supporting the production team and working with the creative team to realise their ideas both on time and on budget. WHO YOUâLL BE WORKING WITH:
- Internal: Youâll manage your own projects while also supporting senior team projects whenever needed.
- External: Youâll collaborate with a range of clients and work closely with expert suppliersâset builders, lighting specialists, tech teams, and stylistsâto ensure every detail of the activation is executed flawlessly.
- Line Manager: As a Junior Creative Producer, youâll report to the Senior Producer, with additional support from the Production Director. Theyâll provide guidance, feedback on your successes and development, and help navigate any challenges along the way.
WHATâS EXPECTED:
As a Junior Producer, you will play a key role in bringing projects to life, from initial concept to execution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Project Management
- Brief Support: Assist in capturing and interpreting client briefs, ensuring clear objectives are set from the outset.
- Budget and Timeline: Take ownership of small-scale budgets under senior guidance, ensuring projects stay on track. Monitor timelines and financials, making sure all aspects align with client expectations.
- Client Communication: Assist & lead in day-to-day client communication, ensuring updates are shared and any concerns are flagged to senior management.
- Creative Development Support: Help source props, styling, and production elements, supporting the creative team in executing event concepts.
- Post-Event Evaluation Contribution: Gathering feedback and compiling post-event reports for review.
- Event Delivery Support: Work on-site during events (both UK and overseas), ensuring smooth execution. May require working evenings and weekends as and when needed.
- Invoice Management Assistance: Help track invoices, follow up on payments, and maintain accurate records of project expenses.
- Financial Reconciliation Support: Take responsibility for project reconciliation, ensuring all expenses are tracked and reports are up to date.
- Communication: Help maintain effective client communication by assisting with meeting coordination and status updates.
- Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients under senior guidance.
- New Business Contribution: Assist in researching and preparing event ideas for client pitches, supporting the New Business Manager.
- Client Retention Assistance: Help track client engagement and identify potential growth opportunities for the senior team to review.
- Learning & Development: Work closely with senior team members to develop skills in event production and client management.
- Collaboration: Support senior producers and the wider team on larger projects where needed.
- Supplier Coordination: Help research and liaise with suppliers, ensuring timely communication and gathering quotes.
- Supplier Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new suppliers by coordinating introductory meetings and documentation.
- Venue & Talent Coordination: Support the booking of venues, influencers, and artists, ensuring logistics run smoothly.
- Logistics Assistance: Help coordinate on-site teams and ensure events run smoothly under senior supervision.
- Office Support: Assist in day-to-day office tasks, ensuring a clean and organised workspace.
- Flexibility: Be available to travel to Wandsworth and work outside regular hours when needed to support event projects.
SALARY & TIME COMMITMENT
This role is predominantly office based (we imagine at least 2-3 days of your time would be in the office) and we are ideally looking for someone to work full time. Please note we review salary regularly to make sure the team moves in line with the business as well as their individual efforts!

MORE ABOUT YOU:
- Be highly organised with the acumen for managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Be a team player, able to manage staff and suppliers, and with some experience of managing budgets.
- Have commercial awareness and initiative, as well as the ability to compose excellent creative proposals and budgets.
- Being proficient in the latest versions of Microsoft Office and a basic understanding of Adobe is preferable.
- Be able to travel to Wandsworth and be able to work unusual hours if required (normal hours 9.30-6 each day unless stated otherwise).
- To have a cultural/social understanding of whatâs relevant for each brand and to suggest ideas before they become the norm.
WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE DONE BEFORE:
To be considered for this position we are looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience working within an event or experiential agency. We are looking for experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events, knowledge of the whole creative process and the ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts.

- Flexi Working Times â The team can work their 7.5 hours with a start and finish that suits them. This is completely up to the teammate to decide on their own accord, but of course altered working hours must not disrupt the wider team or the paying client.

- Duvet Days â Our team have 2 duvet days per year. A duvet day can be taken whenever a teammate needs a day off at random and they havenât already requested annual leave.

- Holiday â We offer 28 days annual leave per year. With 3 days of this holiday entitlement to cover the period of the Company shutdown between Christmas and New Year.
