We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Finance Assistant to join a great firm in Ely. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a successful career in accountancy while receiving full study support towards a recognised professional accounting qualification.
What You'll Be Doing
As Finance Assistant, you'll be responsible for a variety of accounting disciplines, including:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Supporting the preparation of management accounts
- Financial analysis
- Bank reconciliations
What We're Looking For
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in accountancy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Studying or wishing to study AAT, ACCA or CIMA.
