On behalf of a highly successful construction company, we are excited to be able to offer this entry level opportunity for upcoming Quantity Surveying Graduates in 2025. The Company operates across the Northern Home Counties, using their expertise to deliver outstanding construction projects across various market sectors, including research and development, healthcare, education, and automotive. They are a main contractor, who collaborate throughout every stage of the building process, from design to construction and beyond.
This opportunity is open to BSc Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management undergraduates who will be graduating in 2025 or have graduated recently and are seeking a full-time career opportunity. We are keen to source confident individuals with a strong desire to embark on a career in the construction industry in Quantity Surveying.
As part of your training, you will spend time working in various departments, giving you a broad understanding of all aspects of the company, immersing you in each department so you understand the role of everyone within the project team. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in a variety of projects, at all stages from inception through to completion, giving you an understanding of the lifecycle of a project and the importance of our ethos of working collaboratively with the Client team throughout the development and construction processes.
You will predominantly be site-based, working as part of the project team so ideally will be someone who embraces the practical elements of construction, and being part of a team that drives quality, programme and commercial success.
Requirements:
- We are keen to speak with ambitious individuals who are keen to learn, and have a natural ability to work as part of a team.
- Achieved or on track to for at least a 2.1 degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Full UK driving licence essential.

Location: This role will involve commuting to up to 1.5 hours from home, so preference will be given to candidates living within the company operating areas of Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
