Healware is looking for a Medical Co-Founder to join our founding team. We are building an explainable AI platform for predicting drug allergies and cross-reactions before harm happens.
Ideally, we are looking for either:
- a strong scientific/medical profile, or
- someone with entrepreneurial experience in healthcare or HealthTech.
Looking for:
- MD, PhD, or strong medical/pharmaceutical background (clinical or laboratory experience is a plus)
- Interest in AI and healthcare innovation
- Long-term founder mindset
- Passion for building impactful technology from an early stage
- Strong English communication skills
Would be a plus:
- Previous business or startup experience in healthcare/HealthTech
