A new opportunity has arisen for a Paid Meta & Canva Executive/Assistant to join our team at Healthy Stuff Group, an entrepreneurial global health and wellbeing company.
As our Paid Meta & Canva Executive/Assistant, the focus of your role will be two-fold:
- Working with the Paid Meta Manager on implementation and optimisation of paid Meta campaigns across our many brands. You will have the support of the Paid Meta Manager to give you direction, guidance and assistance in the activation of these digital campaigns to ensure we reach ROAS, profit and revenue goals.
- Having a keen eye for design, utilising Canva efficiently to support paid social assets, organic social graphics, our shops promotions, and any other ad hoc designs as needed for projects.
Role specification:
- Reporting and data gathering of key metrics into manager: record daily ROAS, record brand campaign stats such as reach/impressions, monthly UGC reporting.
- Support campaign building in Meta: copying campaigns, suggesting new ideas and optimisations, building new audiences with guidance from manager.
- Perform budget management checks across channels and brands.
- Hands-on execution and tweaking of Meta campaigns.
- Canva design: following guidance and ideas create designs in Canva for a range of assets including paid social, organic social, shop posters, PPC graphics.
- Canva video editing: using Canva to snippet video, overlay music/copy and compile different videos together.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry changes.
Required demonstrations:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in marketing with experience in Meta ads and using Canva.
- Demonstratable Canva experience.
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and commitment to performance optimisation.
- Analysis of Meta data and where to find it in the platform.
- Organised yet flexible, able to prioritise own workload to meet agreed deadlines.
Desirable experience of working within an agency or with multiple channels/brands.
Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annum
