We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Project Co-ordinator to support the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing and web initiatives. This role is critical to keeping projects on track, managing deadlines, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving project success. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate the execution of large and small scale website projects and marketing campaigns, from conception to completion, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation (where needed)
  • Liaise between cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables meet objectives and deadlines
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and prepare status reports for stakeholders
  • Assist with asset collection, proofreading, and basic content editing
  • Organise meetings, set agendas, and document action items and next steps
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and project performance metrics where relevant
  • Support the team with administrative tasks related to campaign and project execution
  • Identify and resolve project roadblocks in a timely and proactive manner
  • Assist in developing project briefs and creative requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or a related role
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly proficient with project management tools (such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar)
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams etc.)
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing competing deadlines
  • Some knowledge of website projects and digital marketing channels (email, social media, content marketing) is a plus
  • Experience in a fast-paced or agency environment
  • Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role is advertised as full time, however we would also consider part time applications.
