Reporting to the Warehouse and Replenishment Manager, Warehouse and Replenishment Operatives ensure the store is replenished with the right stock when customers need it. The role is physically demanding; frozen produce is heavy and while trolleys and pallet trucks are provided, there will be the requirement for manual handling to get items into their correct location in the coldstores and shop floor. You’ll be using handheld devices, product codes and an EPOS system.

This is a role for fast thinkers and without your hard work, our shop freezers & shelves would be empty, so accuracy and a fast pace are essential. Working as part of a team means sometimes you’ll be required to switch tasks, support other team members, be flexible, and organised with your to-do lists across intakes, replenishment and production.

You’ll appreciate the challenges which can come with a growing retailer, such as changing processes and procedures which are needed to improve efficiency. Therefore, you’ll be flexible and cooperative and also be ready to come along with your own ideas which could help improve the way we do things. You’ll be fulfilling one of the most important jobs for the store – to ensure stock is available. This is not a customer facing role, so you will not be engaging with customers other than taking customers to the location of products in store during replenishment.

We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Warehouse and Replenishment Operative to join our team. This role involves working 14 hours a week on a Thursday, Saturday and Sunday. There are further hours available to cover leave and sickness.

  • Ensuring ambient stocks are rotated. Frozen rotation is carried out by the Retail team during freezer cleans
  • Fast and accurate labelling of products in own label categories
  • Accuracy when looking up barcodes and price look ups
