The Role: As a Bank Nurse, you will be a vital member of the team within our client's care homes, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. You will step into various settings, bringing your skills and compassion to ensure the continuity of excellent care for residents. Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a high standard of nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
- Administer medications safely and accurately, in accordance with NMC guidelines and home policies.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, contribute to care plans, and maintain accurate, timely clinical records.
- Monitor residents' conditions, recognise changes, and escalate concerns appropriately.
- Supervise and support Care Assistants, providing clinical guidance and leadership during your shifts.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including GPs, families, and home managers.
- Uphold the highest standards of dignity, respect, and safety for all residents.
- Adhere strictly to all CQC fundamental standards and client policies.
- A valid NMC PIN (Registered Nurse - RGN or RMN).
- Proven experience in a clinical care setting, ideally within adult social care or a similar environment.
- A compassionate, resilient, and professional demeanour.
- Excellent clinical skills and a strong understanding of evidence-based practice.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
