We Are currently hiring Healthcare Assistants (Nights). If you\'re a compassionate individual with a strong command of English and a desire to make a meaningful difference, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for candidates who are proactive, patient-focused, and comfortable working night shifts in a care home environment
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with daily activities such as personal care, dressing, and mobility during night hours.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation, reporting any health changes or incidents to senior staff.
Offer companionship and emotional reassurance, creating a calm and supportive night-time atmosphere.
Collaborate effectively with care staff, patients, and families to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Follow health and safety protocols, including equipment checks and cleanliness standards.
Take part in ongoing training and professional development as required.
