The demand from the public means we need a larger team. WE PAY YOU TO GET ON- GOING TRAINING. Created by the UK\’s 1st Hair Coach and a Trichologist, we are looking for new team members to join our all-female team and meet the increasing demand for our services. If you are eager to be trained in the science of Afro hair, scalp needs, hair loss, and hair care for coily or curly textures, this is the perfect opportunity for you. No previous hairdressing experience is required but we need someone who is mature. You will receive continuous non-stop training throughout. Job Details: Working days: 5 days a week Hours: 09:45 am – 7 pm or 12 noon – 7:30 pm Required to work every Saturday and 2 x Sundays a month (Sunday hours 11:45 am – 5 pm) – Focus on Afro-textured hair—no braiding or extensions required. We provide hair coaching and treatments. Job Description As a Hair Coach (not to be confused with a hairdresser), you will: Attend training to continuously develop your skills. Provide hair care coaching and education to clients. Administer treatments and washing. Identify scalp issues and hair loss. Maintain accurate records of client care. This list is not exhaustive, and you may be required to complete ad-hoc tasks as needed by management. You\’ll be working with a team of Trichologists and Hair Coaches. Contract length: 36 months Salary: £23,000-£40,000 per year for full time. Part time will be pro rata.
