Residential Support Worker – SE27

Salary: 13.50 + 50 per sleep‑in, Full-Time – 1 on / 2 off, 3‑week rolling rota

What You’ll Do

• Provide high‑quality care and support within a residential setting
• Build positive relationships to promote emotional wellbeing and development
• Support daily routines, life skills, education, and recreational activities
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations and quality standards
