Residential Support Worker (Children) Salary: 13.50 + 50 per sleep-in | Full-Time | 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting

- Support daily routines, life skills, education, and recreational activities
- Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations and quality standards
