Residential Support Worker (Children)

Salary: 13.50 - 14.00 + 50 per sleep-in

Full-Time 1 on / 2 off, 3-week rolling rota

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide high-quality care and support within a residential setting
  • Build positive relationships to promote emotional wellbeing and development
  • Support daily routines, life skills, education, and recreational activities
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and external professionals
  • Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations and quality standards

  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
  • Experience in residential care, youth work, education, or support work is a plus-but the right values and attitude matter most
