The Role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator) to join a well-established and highly regarded engineering business. You will be working on Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, producing small to medium batch components for a variety of industries. Key Responsibilities
- Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
- Produce high-quality components in small to medium batch quantities
- Work to tight tolerances and detailed engineering drawings
- Carry out tooling changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
- Perform first-off and in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
- Work collaboratively with engineering and production teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner (Programmer / Setter / Operator)
- Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
