Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced CNC Turner Programmer / Setter / Operator. The successful candidate will work primarily on aluminium metals, producing batches ranging from 1-offs to 10-offs. You will operate and program CNC Lathes using Fanuc controls, with a focus on online programming to ensure precise and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls
- Program parts online to produce high-quality components
- Produce small batch runs, typically 1-off to 10-off
- Ensure components meet strict tolerances and quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machinery as needed
