I'm currently recruiting for dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join a children's residential home. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a genuine difference in young people's lives.

This role is about more than providing care - it's about creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment where children can build confidence, develop independence and thrive.

The Role

  • Support young adolescents with their day-to-day lives, encouraging independence and positive decision-making.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships and act as a consistent, positive role model.
  • Provide both emotional and practical support, including life skills coaching, educational support, and structured routines.
  • Ensure safeguarding and the wellbeing of young people is always the highest priority.
  • Work a shift pattern that includes sleep-ins (£70.00 per sleep-in).

About You

  • Caring, resilient, and reliable, with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
  • Experienced in working with children and young people - residential experience is highly desirable.
  • In possession of a full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Strong communicators who can remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
