What You Will Be Doing Coach and inspire: Deliver engaging sales training sessions that equip team members with the tools, confidence and techniques they need to succeed. Develop talent: Identify skill gaps and create tailored development plans that build strong commercial capabilities across the team. Drive performance: Support salespeople in sharpening their negotiation, presentation and closing skills β ensuring they can convert opportunities into results. Embed best practice: Standardise sales processes, messaging and behaviours to ensure a consistent, professional approach with every client. Measure impact: Track training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback and regular reviews, refining programmes as needed.
