Children's Residential Support Worker Location: Heckingham, South Norfolk Salary: £14.59-£15.07 per hour DOE Sleep-ins: £43.12 per sleep Full-time | 2 weekends off per month Are you passionate about working with children and young people and want a career where you can make a genuine difference? We are looking for Children's Residential Support Workers to join a beautiful 8-bed EBD home for boys and girls in a peaceful, rural setting in Heckingham, south of Norwich. No previous residential childcare experience is required - we're looking for people with the right attitude, compassion and genuine desire to support young people. Previous experience working with children, particularly in a SEN school, education, youth work or similar setting, would be an advantage. The Role Build positive and trusting relationships with young people. Support their emotional, social and behavioural development. Encourage education, independence and life skills. Participate in activities, outings and day-to-day care. Provide positive role modelling and consistent support. Work as part of a dedicated and supportive team.What's on Offer £14.59-£15.07 per hour, depending on experience. £43.12 per sleep-in, with 3-4 per month. 2 weekends off per month. Private healthcare.
