We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Care Coordinator who will play a vital role in our business by overseeing and assisting Care Coordinators with the coordination of rotas for Care Service. Your communication and organizational skills, along with your passion for providing high-quality care, will shine in this rewarding position. The role will involve: Monitoring staff time-keeping Coordinate rotas, including; continuity of care staff and appropriate travel time Work closely with the Field Supervisor and liaise with clients and carers to ensure care is delivered appropriate to the client’s needs Monitor and appraise team of carers to ensure timeliness and overall quality Report concerns to the Registered Manager Communicate effectively with social services and other health professionals About you: Preferably with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a busy office environment Someone who is an excellent communicator and uses their own initiative Can work well under pressure, is hardworking, a team player and a real go-getter Should have obtained an NVQ L3 in Health and Social Care (Desirable but not essential) Must be able to work at a fast pace and work well under time pressure.
